Public Offer
Updated:
Version of 12 October 2026. The Russian text at /ru/legal/offer prevails in case of discrepancies.
1. General
1.1. This document is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation made by Sole proprietor Ekaterina Viktorovna Iskusnykh (TIN 260709247153, state registration No. 325200000064130), the “Provider”, to any legally capable individual, the “Customer”.
1.2. The contract is concluded when the Customer pays for an order on https://farsim.app or in the Telegram bot @FarsimAppBot (together, the “Service”). Payment confirms that the Customer has read and fully accepted this Offer and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. The Provider may amend the Offer. A new version applies from publication and does not affect orders already paid.
2. Definitions
- eSIM — an embedded SIM: a digital mobile operator profile installed on a device without a physical card.
- Plan — the data allowance, validity period and coverage listed on the plan page.
- eSIM profile — the QR code and/or activation code (SM-DP+ address and activation code) used by the device to download the eSIM.
- Operator — a foreign mobile operator or its partner whose network the eSIM uses. The Provider is not a telecom operator.
- Account — the website area and the bot where the Customer sees orders, eSIM profiles and remaining data.
3. Subject
3.1. For a fee the Provider delivers to the Customer an eSIM profile with the selected plan and supports it: issuing the profile, showing remaining data and validity, top-ups (where supported) and customer support.
3.2. Connectivity itself is provided by the Operator in the destination country under its rules. The Provider procures the profile from the Operator (or its distributor) on the Customer’s behalf and does not guarantee coverage, speed or network availability at any specific location.
3.3. Plan characteristics (data allowance, validity, covered countries, 5G support, hotspot, fair-use policy for unlimited plans) are stated on the plan page and are essential terms of the contract.
4. Ordering and payment
4.1. The Customer selects a plan, provides an e-mail address (for the receipt and delivery of the profile) and chooses a payment method. The price is locked for 10 minutes; after that it must be confirmed again.
4.2. Prices are shown in US dollars and in Russian roubles. Russian payment methods (Mir, Visa, Mastercard cards, SBP, T-Pay) are charged in roubles in the amount shown on the payment page. The rouble amount is calculated at the Provider’s rate at the time of ordering and does not change after payment. Payments in Telegram are made in Telegram Stars at the rate shown in the bot.
4.3. Payments are processed by T-Bank JSC and other partners listed on the Payment page. Card data never reaches the Provider: the payment is completed on the bank’s secure page (PCI DSS, 3-D Secure).
4.4. The Provider applies the simplified taxation system and is not a VAT payer. A fiscal receipt under Federal Law No. 54-FZ is sent to the Customer’s e-mail.
4.5. The Provider may decline an order before payment (e.g. suspected fraud or plan unavailability). If a plan becomes unavailable after payment, the Provider offers a replacement or refunds the full amount.
5. Delivery and start of service
5.1. The service is deemed rendered when the eSIM profile is issued: the QR code and activation code appear in the Account and are e-mailed (and sent to Telegram if the account is linked). This usually takes a few minutes, in rare cases up to 24 hours.
5.2. The Customer installs the profile following the instructions on the website. One profile can be installed on one device once. A profile deleted from the device cannot be restored — this is a limitation of eSIM technology.
5.3. Validity starts as described on the plan page: for most plans at the first connection to a network in the destination country; for some, at purchase or installation.
5.4. Remaining data and validity are shown in the Account with a delay depending on the Operator (usually up to several hours).
6. Device requirements and limitations
6.1. The device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. Verified models are listed on the Devices page. The Customer is responsible for device compatibility.
6.2. Plans provide mobile data only. Voice calls and SMS are not included unless explicitly stated.
6.3. “Unlimited” plans are subject to a fair-use policy (FUP): after the stated daily allowance the Operator may reduce speed, as described on the plan page.
6.4. Speed and availability depend on the Operator, location, device and network load. Stated 5G support means capability, not a guarantee of a 5G connection.
6.5. Using the eSIM for spam, unlawful activity, resale of traffic or circumventing Operator rules is prohibited; the Operator or the Provider may terminate service without refund.
7. Refunds
7.1. A full refund is made if the profile was not issued through the Provider’s fault, was issued with an error that could not be fixed, or if the Customer cancels before installing the profile and it has not been activated on a network.
7.2. After installation or activation a refund is possible only within the rules of the issuing Operator (some do not accept activated profiles). The Provider forwards the request and reports the result within 3 business days.
7.3. Consumed data, expired validity, device incompatibility, lack of coverage at a specific place and installation errors caused by the Customer are not grounds for a refund.
7.4. Refunds are made via the original payment method in the rouble amount charged, within 10 business days of approval; the actual crediting time depends on the Customer’s bank. See the Refund Policy.
8. Claims and support
8.1. Contact us at support@farsim.app, via the support form on the website or in @FarsimAppBot. Include the order number and a description; attach a screenshot if there is an error.
8.2. We reply within 24 hours and resolve quality claims within 10 days. Device and network details may be required for diagnostics.
8.3. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in court at the Provider’s location under Russian consumer protection law.
9. Liability
9.1. The Provider’s liability is limited to the price of the paid order. The Provider is not liable for lost profit, inability to use third-party services or other indirect losses.
9.2. The Provider is not liable for Operator network outages, actions of state authorities in the destination country, service blocking or the Customer’s devices.
9.3. Both parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.
10. Personal data
10.1. The Provider processes the Customer’s personal data (e-mail, order data, Telegram ID, technical data) under Federal Law No. 152-FZ and the Privacy Policy. Only the minimum necessary data is shared with the Operator to issue the profile.
10.2. By paying, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data under the Privacy Policy.
