Terms of service

The service provides mobile data access through partner operator networks. By buying a plan you receive a digital eSIM profile and the right to use its data allowance within the stated validity period.

The profile is issued after the payment is confirmed. Validity starts at the moment stated in the plan description: for most plans, at the first network connection in the destination country.

Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. You can check compatibility on the Devices page.

Connection quality depends on the local operator network and is not guaranteed across the whole coverage area.
