We process the minimum data needed to issue an eSIM and provide support: your email address, order records and technical data about the profile state.

eSIM activation data is stored encrypted. QR links are short-lived and bound to the order owner.

You can request an export of your data or account deletion by contacting support.

We do not sell personal data. Partner operators receive only what is required to issue the profile.
